Track 2 - LEASING/SALES

Need additional leases to sell property?

• Prepare market survey; determine lease rates; determine absorption; prepare competitive ranking; identify prospective tenants; develop/implement leasing strategies

• Go to Track 1

Track 3 - CONSTRUCTION

• Does construction work need to be completed prior to leasing and sales activities?

• Evaluate construction status; review contracts; determine loan amounts; check liens; verify permits; prepare additional construction documents if required

• Bid construction; manage construction work

Track 4 - REDEVELOPMENT

• Is the property as developed no longer appropriate for the market?

• Prepare market survey; review reports (title, survey, environmental, geotechnical, zoning, growth plan, demographics); develop use strategy; develop master development plan; obtain government approvals; prepare design drawings; prepare construction documents
