Integres is led by a select group of professionals with decades of experience in commercial real estate and construction. Our resources include in-house contractors, engineers, architects, attorneys, real estate professionals and finance experts. Additionally, for certain types of projects we have access to private investment pools, providing the capital to keep your project moving forward.

Bob Talbott
As current president of Holrob Investments, LLC, and Holrob Commercial Realty, LLC, Mr. Talbott has gained a wealth of experience in the areas of finance, acquisition, development, leasing, and property management. Talbott worked twelve years with Horne Properties, Inc., a developer of strip centers and freestanding credit leased facilities, and eventually became president. During this period, he was involved in the development of in excess of 75 retail properties throughout the South, Southwest, and Midwest. Additionally, Talbott handled the acquisition of office buildings and was involved in the development of apartments, condominiums, subdivisions and an office warehouse. Talbott holds undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Tennessee.

Kim Kimmons
Kim Kimmons brings to the table over 25 years of experience in development and land acquisitions, tenant lease negotiations, project design, governmental approvals, architecture and construction. He has been involved in the development, leasing, and management of over 30 retail projects throughout the South, Southwest, and Midwest.

Joe Phillips
As a construction manager, Joe Phillips has overseen the development and redevelopment of countless projects throughout the Southeast. Joe has thirty years experience in direct construction oversight of major retail developments and holds a degree in Building Science from the School of Architecture at Auburn University.
